Sooo, fun fact…I was a barista for 6 years!
That means I can slang a fuckin’ beverage.
One of my fav things to do is make a warm + delicious cup of love for someone–makes my heart sparkle and brings me back to those teen years of hustlin’ for those tips! haha
These days though I love using nutrient dense “superhero powders” to make a yummy warm “cup of coffee” vs. just coffee.
I’m super into using this company called Organifi that makes powders to upgrade your coffee/beverage situation–they have tons of different powders all with different benefits.
The Pumpkin Spice Gold one you guys…seriously, it’s so good. And, it’s the main attraction for this recipe!
*Not doing caffeine? No worries! Just replace the coffee with hot water.
Here’s what you need for your fav fall treat:
6 tablespoons nut milk creamer (I love the Nutpods brand)
8-10 drops vanilla creme stevia drops (from Sweetleaf)
1 cup hot coffee (use a brand that’s tested for mold)
1/2 cup hot spring water (all about Mountain Valley Spring Water)
1 tsp. extra virgin organic coconut oil (or ghee if that’s your thing)
A little sprinkle of cinnamon (if you’re feeling festive)
1 scoop Organifi Gold Pumpkin Spice (the MVP)
How to do this thang:
I like to use this frother/heater to warm up my nut milk creamer while my spring water is boiling in this kettle.
Add all the ingredients to your blender (be careful if you’re using a handheld one bc the top might blow off from the heat). Blend it real good.
Pour into your fav mug, I’m loving this one from Swell right now.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and snuggle into the couch in your fav sweater.
Make sure to tag me on IG when you make this beautiful cup of awesome so I can see your creation & share it!
Love you + Happy Fall!
